Grief is something we experience when we have suffered a significant loss which is deeply personal. We all grieve in a way that is unique to us. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Grief can be overwhelming and can affect so many aspects of our life. We may experience grief related feelings such as:

These feelings are a normal part of grieving, but they can also affect the way we might think, our beliefs, work, behaviour, physical health, mental- health, diet, sleep, and our relationships. We can experience any or all of these feelings in no specific order or time frame.
